Role Play and fun with senses

The babies have shown a lot of interest this week in role play with the dollies. We sang songs with our dollies and read lots of stories about babies. The babies also enjoyed exploring the brush heuristic basket and chose to add the dollies to this as well. We pretended to brush the dollies hair and then dressed them to go for a walk.
The toddlers have been busy exploring their senses! They have explored flour and jelly in the tuff tray and they were exploring the ice and raking the leaves in the garden. We found some water in the outdoor sand tray so we used the spades to scoop it out.
