The older children were very excited this week when the caterpillars hatched into beautiful butterflies. We had 3 that hatched. Today the children released them into the nature garden and had fun watching them flutter about. Some of the butterflies were reluctant to fly away and landed on the grass and the children shoes first before flying off to find a new home.
