The children in the Tweenie Room have been interested in the Three little Pigs this week. They were especially interested in the houses and how they were built. We have had lots of discussion about the different types of houses that the pigs built and about the type of houses that we stay in. The children were interested in how the wolf managed to blow the houses down. We had a visit to the nursery garden and collected some sticks and bricks, we also found some straw in the shed. The children used the things that we had collected in the tuff tray to build their own houses for the little pigs and then pretended to be Mr Wolf and tried to blow the houses down. We had lots of fun and laughter trying to blow the houses down.
